We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Digital Product Manager to lead the development and growth of our digital products. You will play a critical role in shaping the product vision, defining roadmaps, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet user needs and drive business goals. This role requires a balance of technical understanding, user-centered design thinking, and strong business acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Strategy & Vision:
Define and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with company objectives. Identify opportunities for innovation and competitive differentiation. - Roadmap Development:
Build and manage product roadmaps, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value, customer feedback, and market trends. - Cross-Functional Leadership:
Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to deliver high-quality digital products on time and within scope. - Customer-Centric Approach:
Engage with users and stakeholders to gather insights, understand pain points, and validate product ideas through user research, interviews, and data analysis. - Agile Product Management:
Own the product backlog, write detailed user stories, and work closely with development teams in Agile/Scrum environments to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. - Performance Monitoring:
Analyze product performance using key metrics and analytics tools and make data-driven decisions to optimize features, improve user experience, and increase engagement. - Market Analysis:
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, threats, and opportunities in the digital landscape. - Stakeholder Communication:
Regularly communicate product updates, roadmaps, and performance metrics to stakeholders, ensuring alignment across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree (MBA or similar) is a plus. - Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products.
- Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban) and using tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
- Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, user-friendly solutions.
- Proficiency with product analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
- Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD is a plus.
